Which days do live fish ship?
Shipping days depend on carrier reliability, weather, source readiness, and holidays. The checkout quote confirms available services before payment, and FPB may hold an order for a safer shipping day.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes, when a pickup or handoff window is confirmed. Pickup timing is coordinated after inventory is verified so fish are not bagged or moved before they are ready.
What happens during unsafe weather?
FPB may pause shipment for heat, cold, storms, or carrier disruption. The order remains active while a safer window is coordinated. Guest checkout customers can use order status lookup for updates tied to their checkout email.
What counts as a valid DOA report?
Send the order reference, delivery or pickup time, photos of the sealed bag and livestock, and photos of the shipping label or handoff packaging within two hours.
Are shipping costs refundable?
Carrier and handling charges are reviewed separately from livestock value. Eligible remedies depend on the issue record, timing, photos, and whether the package was received on time.
