Keep L333 Albino Plecos in a mature, warm aquarium with strong aeration, clean water, caves, and broken sight lines. Target 80-86 F, pH 6.0-7.5, and soft to moderately hard water. Feed mostly protein-rich sinking pellets, insect or carnivore granules, gel foods, and occasional frozen foods; use algae or vegetable foods as a supplement, not the staple. Maintain low nitrate and avoid mixing with aggressive bottom dwellers that will compete for caves.
