Keep L134 Leopard Frog Plecos in mature, well-filtered water with caves, driftwood, rock cover, and open bottom area. Target 78-82 F, pH 6.5-7.5, and soft to moderately hard water. They are omnivores: feed quality sinking pellets, Repashy or gel foods, insect or carnivore foods, and some algae or vegetable-based foods. They are generally peaceful, but males can defend caves from similar plecos, so provide extra hides and keep water changes consistent.
